I’ve had a long-standing passion for real estate and I believe in having a strong work ethic, utilizing tough negotiation skills and making a dedication to my clients. When taking on a new client, I ask direct questions to make sure I have a clear understanding of each client's end goal and I provide honest feedback and answers to any inquiries. I’ll never hesitate to conduct market research and enter into complex negotiations when necessary to ensure my clients are always getting the best price possible. My objective is to make sure that my clients are not only happy with the outcome but that they fully understand all aspects of their transaction. A victory to my team is earning a client's trust and seeing them smile—and when that client refers their friends and family members—that’s when I know that we have done a great job!


My drive to succeed can be traced back to my college days at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where I graduated with a degree in Speech Communications and played basketball for the Lady Tar Heels. During those years, I learned the value of intense focus, discipline and teamwork. These values carried through to my real estate career and helped me create one of the top producing agencies on the Outer Banks. To ensure my clients "win" in the game of real estate, I pledge my service, professionalism, and expertise to each client. Part of that expertise comes from the fact that I have walked in my clients' shoes by owning 8 investment homes in the area. I’ve had first-hand experience with nearly every possible aspect related to homeownership in a coastal town including maintenance, repairs, flooding, and vacation rentals. Because of this experience, I can provide clear, concise advice and I strive to make the buying and selling process as stress-free as possible. Because I truly love what I do for a living, I bring a high-energy approach to all my negotiations to ensure my client's interests are the top priority.
